Please read this privacy policy carefully. This policy contain important information about privacy of your data with respect to using Hello application & services connected with it.

We (“Hello” OR AppBull) are deeply concerned about your privacy and we take this concern very seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how we collect, process, use and may disclose your data when you use our mobile application called ‘Hello (“App”). The App is referred to as the “Platform”. References to “we”, “our” or “us” or the “Company” shall mean the Platform and/or AppBull. Any references to “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean any person or entity using our Platform. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is a part of and is to be read with the Hello App terms of services. By using this Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You also consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. The capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy but not defined herein, shall have the meaning given to such words in the Terms. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Platform.

When you use these services, you’ll share some information with us. So we want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

For example, most of our services require you to set up a Hello App account, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, email address. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture.

When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you watched a particular Story, saw a specific ad for a certain period of time. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:

· Usage Information. We collect information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about:

o how you interact with our services, such as which filters you view, which Stories you watch on Discover, whether you’re using Spectacles, or which search queries you submit.

· Content Information. We collect content you create on our services, such as custom stickers, and information about the content you create or provide, such as if the recipient has viewed the content and the metadata that is provided with the content.

· Camera and Photos. Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. For example, you won’t be able to upload photos from your camera roll unless we can access your camera or photos.

How We Use Information

What do we do with the information we collect? The answer is: Provide you with an amazing set of products and services that we relentlessly improve. Here are the ways we do that:

· develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our products and services.

· send you communications, including by email. For example, we may use email to respond to support inquiries or to share information about our products, services, and promotional offers that we think may interest you.

· enhance the safety and security of our products and services.

· verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies and comply with legal requirements.

How We Share Information

We may share information about you in the following ways:

· With other Hello Users. We may share the following information with other Hello Users:

o information about you, such as your username, name, and Profile Picture.

o any additional information you have directed us to share. For example, Hello App will share your information when you connect your Hello App account to a third-party app, and if you share information or content from Hello App to the third-party app.

o content you post or send. How widely your content is shared depends on your personal settings and the type of service you are using. For example, a Hello App may be sent to just a single friend you select, but your My Story content may be seen by any Hello User whom you allow to see your My Content.

· With all Hello Users and the general public. We may share the following information with all Hello and the general public:

o public information like your name, username and profile pictures.

o Content submissions that are set to be viewable by Everyone and any content that you submit to an inherently public service, like Our Story and other crowd-sourced services. This content may be viewed and shared by the public at large both on and off our services, including through search results, on websites, in apps, and in online and offline broadcasts.

o We may share information about you, such as device and usage information, to help us and others prevent fraud.

o We may share information about you for legal, safety, and security reasons. We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:

o comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.

o investigate, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations.

o protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

o detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We store other information for longer periods of time. For example:

· We store your basic account information—like your name, and email address—and list of friends until you ask us to delete them.

Control Over Your Information

We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools.

· Access, Correction, and Portability. You can access and edit most of your basic account information right in our apps.

· Deletion. While we hope you’ll remain a lifelong Hello User, if for some reason you ever want to delete your account, You can. You can also delete some information in the app, like photos you’ve saved to Memories, Our Story submissions, and search history.

· Communicating with other Hello Users. It’s important to us that you stay in control over whom you communicate with. That’s why we’ve built a number of tools in Settings that let you indicate, among other things, who you want to see your Stories, whether you’d like to receive contants from just your friends or all Hello users, and whether you’d like to block another Hello users from contacting you again.
